
Dr. Hisham Badaruddin is the Chief Medical Officer of TSquared Health and a public health specialist with more than 30 years of experience across emergency medicine, general practice, public health, healthcare consulting and health-system improvement, across the United Kingdom, Brunei, the wider Asia-Pacific region and Singapore.
Having seen the consequences of late-stage and preventable disease firsthand, he has developed a strong focus on moving healthcare upstream through earlier detection, prevention, and practical strategies that help people preserve function, reduce future disease risk, and improve healthspan.
At TSquared Health, Dr. Hisham leads the personalised longevity programmes, combining physician-led care with technology enabled longitudinal tracking to turn complex health data into measurable, actionable plans over time. He is also an advocate for making longevity medicine more practical and accessible, with a broader emphasis on adding healthier, better years to life.
He graduated from the University of Nottingham UK as His Majesty’s Sultan of Brunei scholar, did his Master of Public Health at Emory University as a Fulbright scholar. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore and adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke NUS Graduate Medical School in Singapore and Penn State University in USA.
